Solving The Learners' Difficulties In Using English Through Interview And Chats

Required the learners' to master the skills of communication in english when they graduate. They should master language skills of listening,writting,speaking,reading,among these four language skills speaking should get much more attention than the others since it usually takes part in the oral interview done by electronic companies,mostly belonging to foreigners,which insist to recruit their forthcoming workers. Many English teachers in the institute good command of the various techniques of teaching,but the students simply do not know how to go about learning the language.
  Having willingness to improve learners' English speaking skills,this action research is,in general,directed to find out the difficulties in using English in natural setting of communication in oral interview and written chats messaging. This process allows language teachers to see mapping of learners' language cometence and make a plan of recommended improvement. Research method this action research was conducted in two cycle,each of which consisting of the planning,action,observe, and reflection stages. In the planning stage,the students were informed to do task of communication using the target language (English). They were also informed that the communication task should be in the form of interview and chats conducted in pair with foreigners'.
