Solving The Learners' Difficulties In Using English Through Interview And Chats
Required the learners' to master the skills of communication in english when they graduate. They should master language skills of listening,writting,speaking,reading,among these four language skills speaking should get much more attention than the others since it usually takes part in the oral interview done by electronic companies,mostly belonging to foreigners,which insist to recruit their forthcoming workers. Many English teachers in the institute good command of the various techniques of teaching,but the students simply do not know how to go about learning the language.
Having willingness to improve learners' English speaking skills,this action research is,in general,directed to find out the difficulties in using English in natural setting of communication in oral interview and written chats messaging. This process allows language teachers to see mapping of learners' language cometence and make a plan of recommended improvement. Research method this action research was conducted in two cycle,each of which consisting of the planning,action,observe, and reflection stages. In the planning stage,the students were informed to do task of communication using the target language (English). They were also informed that the communication task should be in the form of interview and chats conducted in pair with foreigners'.

EDUCATION CRISIS IN INDONESIA
In general, the people of Indonesia can clearly feel and realize the economic and financial crisis as happened in 1998 and 2008. However, they are less aware of the crisis that have greater impact, the crisis of education in Indonesia.Education crisis is getting worse even after Indonesia's democracy and freedom to choose what is best for the people and escape from the shackles of dictatorship.Unlike the economic crisis, education crisis has implications slowly but surely and firmly on the social structure in the future.The main culprit of the crisis of education is the education system that adopts the concept of efficiency of the market system and private or private companies brought in the realm of a public education. Why is there a pioneering international school? It is a form of unbelief itself on the national school or inferiority as a nation.There are several factors that led to the crisis of education in Indonesia:First, the curriculum is not relevant to people's lives. Schools in Indonesia, students are required to study a lot of subjects that are sometimes not related to each other, and not at all relevant to students' lives. For example, a second grade student in London was forced to learn the eleven subjects per semester. Compare with International schools in which students learn only five to six subjects.Second, educational practices, such as planning, teaching, and evaluation of learning outcomes that do not match. Most teachers do not make lesson plans (lesson plan) is adequate. Some teachers I have ever interviewed admitted that they just re-read the material to be taught the next day, without review if the material to be taught is still valid, and learn how to anticipate situations that may not comply with the plan. For example, what should be done by the teacher when students seem less motivated.Third, self-development teacher who is not running as it should. The issue of self-development of teachers is a classic problem. Most schools do not have a definitive plan to help teachers develop the knowledge and skills taught. Because of that growth is highly dependent on the teacher's ability and creativity of teachers' own efforts as individuals.How to overcome learning difficultiesThe most successful way of learning is involving students actively in learning. But what happens in the classrooms of schools in Indonesia. The children sat quietly listening to the teacher. Learning to walk boring. Indeed, a few years ago there were their efforts to develop ways of learning actively involves students, known as "Active Student Learning Method" (CBSA) and others.

Education Problems
The more education lagging Indonesian nation with other nations, should make us more motivated to improve itself. Many educational issues that come to the surface is a picture of our educational practice:
1. CurriculumOur curriculum for a short time was always changing no maximum results and still alone. Clearly, the education minister trying to exist in trying out new education formula by changing the curriculum. Curriculum changes constantly, the prateknya we do not know what it means, and the difference is only his. For example teachers, many teachers are still struggling honorary self sufficient. Failure in our curriculum also caused by a lack of skills training, lack of socialization and guidance to the new curriculum. This is the basic elements that determine the success of our educational journey
2. CostMany people have the perception that education is expensive and there are many worse education officials say, if you want a quality education to pay costly consequences. Education now as traded for the capitalists and the government's own education as just let loose and hands. Are they educated?? Lately the government in the new education system will divide the study into two major pathways, namely the standard formal and formal independence. The division line was based on differences in students' academic ability and financial. Ironic if this policy is really happening.
3.The purpose of education
He said education is the intellectual, but the reality of education is misleading. Just look at the quality of education we only measured a diploma that we can. Yet today many diplomas are sold so easily and many are purchased (either from the public or officials).
4. Damage to Facilities

Preventive action to Global Warming
Global warming is a serious issue that requires action to be completed as soon as possible. We can not allow yourself to procrastinate when it comes to global warming because the longer we delay the greater will be the effect on our planet. Individuals are expected to cooperate with each other participation aids help in stopping global warming.We did not have to wait for the government to intervene by issuing a policy of drastic to address this issue. Every one of us can do something to stop this issue. You do not have to do anything out of the ordinary due to something small. Performed with high self-awareness can create big results. Saving our planet is very important for future generations. Doing so means that we give them the opportunity to have fun and grow as we do on Earth today. Because what we have now is a loan from the generation before us to be passed on to the generations after us. But the reality of our planet is now threatened with various types of risks and hazards including ozone depletion, pollution and illegal logging and many other threats.We might think that a person would only provide a small impact to sustain the planet, but it's simply not true. Every one of us can make significant changes to this nature. Very small actions we can help save the planet. Who knows what beautiful and strong tree can be grown from a single seed in the future could save your life or your family? While you're running a small act of kindness and spirit with a real, invite and motivate others to do the same thing. The combination of these actions can certainly make a big change for the common good. Remember that take action to save the planet, does not mean have to go into the forest to plant just one tree. You can do the exact same thing with enough backyard or driveway you. You will always be able to do something from home you are comfortable, maybe it was from the go green, go clean or both, remember you can also go save! Starting from today not tomorrow.Try to reduce household waste. Also, use the return, recycling or repair equipment and food places. Help reduce the accumulation of greenhouse gas emissions to avoid spending too much, which humans produce emissions when burning fossil fuels such as coal, oil and gas. Use energy efficient light bulbs and also take advantage of the sun as much as possible. When the sun light (morning, afternoon, evening time when normal is not cloudy) light used to illuminate the room, the room or any part of the house that require lighting, and turn off the lights. Although we all know that electricity is the most important energy source and is used by everyone, does not mean we have to rely on electricity in total. Everything starts from a very small sacrifice and this is what I did.

Definitely Storm Passes
One day, as usual, we drove to somewhere.
And I reply driving. After a few tens of kilometers, a sudden black cloud
came with high winds. The sky became dark. I saw several vehicles
started to pull over and stop.
"What about Dad? We stop?", I asked.
"Keep driving!" Said Dad.
I still run my car.
The sky grew dark, the wind blew even louder. The rain fell.
Some of the trees falling, even some in the wind. Atmosphere is very
scary. I saw a large vehicle also began to pull over and stop.
"Dad ...?"
"Keep driving!" Dad said as he continued to look forward.
I kept driving bothered dng.
Heavy rains blocking my view to just a few feet away.
The wind was shaking my little car.
I'm really scared.
But I keep driving even though very slowly.
After passing a few kilometers ahead, feel the rain began to ease and the wind
began to decrease. After some killometer again, until we reached the area
dry and we saw the sun shining through the clouds appear.
"Go ahead if you want to stop and get out," said the father arrived ².
"Why now?", I asked, surprised.
"So you can see yourself if you stop in the middle of a storm."
I stop and get out. I see it far behind the storm is still ongoing.
I imagine those who are stuck in there and pray, smg they survived.
And I understand that
If we are facing "storms" of life, keep walking, do not stop,
Do not despair because we will continue to sink into a state of chaotic, scary
And full of uncertainty.
Just do what we can do, and convince yourself that the SURE THE STORM PASSED.
